For the gourmand in search of the ideal individualised brew, there is simply no alternative to burr grinding. Unlike blade grinders, burr grinders crush fresh coffee beans gently, producing even grinds while protecting their delicate oils from heat damage.

Cuisinart’s Fine Burr Mill provides uniform grind and optimum flavour. It has an 18-position grind selector, from fine for espresso to extra-coarse for French Press. The removable 240ml bean hopper holds up to 230g of beans and has a cup selector from 1-14 cups. The mill also has a countdown timer with automatic shutoff and a removable grind chamber.

The manual feature allows you to grind your own desired amount and fineness and the blue backlit LCD display shows timer, fineness setting and number of cups you are selecting, so nothing is left to chance. A scoop and cleaning brush are included.

I agree with Vincent of Gold Coast, doesn't go fine enough for true espresso however can't fault it beyond that, looks good, great quality, variable grinder is perfect for drip, plunger and stove top coffee

Brilliant Quality

We'd been looking at burr grinders for a while and you can't go past Cuisinart for quality. Our stove top espresso has never tasted so good, and our plunger no longer has floaty bits in it. Perfect grind every time!

For the best cup of coffee....

The Cuisinart Fine Coffee Burr Mill grinds the best cup of coffee. We use it to for a fresh grind in our stovetop coffee maker every morning. Delicious!!

Deceiving advertisement

This machine is not capable of providing the grind fine enough that to make a good espresso. Its name and description are misleading and deceiving.

Great looking grinder

Great looking grinder with excellent features. Particularly, the grind timer based on the number of cups you select. The grind settings are a little courser than more expensive machines, with the finest setting just about OK for espresso. With this site's discount and free shipping it represents real value for money.
