Swish looking but no extra features

These Cuisinart slow cookers look quite swish, but don't seem to offer anything that isn't in models a lot cheaper. Big point raised by Simone (below) is you can't start cooking when you want, only from when you 'program' it. 'Program' is a bit of an exaggeration because the only control you have is High or Low heat and how long it cooks for (which starts from when you set the timer). Internal size is 200 diameter, 120mm deep.

slow cooker

My first slow cooker, and i love it! Now i know why everyone raves about them. Meat is so tender it melts in your mouth, great addition to the kitchen.

The Best Slow Cooker !

First time user of the Slow Cooker, had been meaning to purchased one for quite sometime. Came across this Cuisinart one and just fell in love with it. Very Easy to use, made my life so much easier after a long day from work. Thank you Cuisinart for creating such a beautiful piece!

Fabulous

I have been looking for a Slow cooker for 2 years as my old one died.... I started researching for one on the internet, I kept coming back to Cuisinart as all the reviews were so positvie..... Got the digital one (cost a little more - but worth it). I love it - easy to use and the food that comes out is so delicious.... Thanks KitchenwareDirect for a great price and service... Great Product

I decided to upgrade to the smaller, programmable slow cooker and decided on the this one due to the great reviews online and the reputation of Cuisinart products.

This is great for me as I cook many meatless dishes and vegetables don't take as long. There are plenty of delicious sounding recipes in the recipe book included.

My only negative criticism is I was hoping I could program it so I could decide when it started cooking. For example, if I put vegies in the cooker before work, I would like them to start cooking at 3pm so they're ready for 6pm, rather then starting before I leave for work and just keeping them warm once the timer has finished.

Other then that, it think it looks great, works great, and the quality is far superior to my previous slow cooker.

KitchenwareDirect's delivery was quick and professional.

I certainly recommend it!
