I recently purchased 3 Kitchenaids for school. I had recently received one for my birthday (also from Kitchenware Direct) and have had been more than happy with the mixer, it replaced my 30 year old Kenwood and I had forgotten how well a good mixer works. Whilst being happy with my Kitchenaid I was more impressed with the company and would recommend the services of Kitchenware Direct to all. The website was easy to use, reliable and very secure. I was also like to thank the company for their integrity and goodwill. When my mixer was purchased in November I received a very comprehensive and well illustrated cookery book. However, when my bulk order arrived in December the cookery books were missing. I had failed to understand that it was a special November offer. When I inquired the company explained the offer situation but as an act good will sent me the recipe books anyway.

Kitchenware direct was cheaper than what i could get in stores even when the mixer was on sale and it came with free shipping and a cookbook. I love the mixer it works beautifully and is displayed on the kitchen counter. I am constantly wanting to cook just to use the mixer.

I purchased a new white kitchenaid to replace my 10 yr old cobalt blue one that blew up on me (over use I am sure). Absolutely could not live a day without it! I have owned a kitchen aid mixer for approximately 5 years and absolutely love it. For christmas i asked what my oldest daughter would like and she said a mixer. I ordered this as a gift for my Mum. It was a last minute thing so needed to know it would arrive in time. I called Customer Service and the person I spoke to rushed my order through. My order was shipping within 2 hours of placing my order. I couldn't believe how accomodating they were.
The Mixer arrived and my Mum loves it. I hate cooking and can't cook to save myself and even I gave it a go and think I will be making a lot more things at my Mum's house as it was so easy to use.

I have ummed and arghhed over these mixers for quite sometime. Finally bit the bullet and purchase one. Not only does it look great on the kitchen bench, but it actually works too. These mixers certainly are fast and it was much quieter than i expected. It comes with an informative and inspirational DVD, which made me get up and start cooking. Great functional mixer, would definately recommend if your thinking about getting one.

Kitchen Aid, is my very best recommendation for anyone wanting good solid kitchen equipment. Can see why so many top chefs and resturants use this brand. Very solid, metal gears will last for years and years. I am sure it will be passed on to the next generation in my family.

Such a pleasure to use. So quiet, unlike a previous brand I purchased and only used four times as it was so noisy !!!! The Artisan is fantastic and having arthritis in my hands it is SO EASY to use! I highly recommend this mixer.
