Attach it to the mixer's power hub for motorized operation and you're in business. The built-in wire cutter lets you customise noodle length, so you can get as creative as you'd like. Recipes included.

Please ensure that you use the manufacturer's guidelines while using the pasta press. If the correct recipe isn't used (i.e., if the dough is too thick) it can place too much stress on both the motor and the pasta plates.

fantastic!

we love making our own fresh pasta, even the kids like to help make it! And EAT it! Tastes great -nothing like the dried pasta you get in the shops & doesn't take long to make or cook... Fantastic, I love it....

Better-than-restaurant quality fresh pasta

We've just enjoyed our second batch of fresh pasta using the KitchenAid Pasta Press set. Even "plain" flavoured pasta far surpasses the best fresh pasta available. I can't wait to try some of the flavoured pastas! We've used the small macaroni and rigatoni plates. Easy to use, easy to clean. This is the first attachment we've purchased, but I'm sure it won't be the last.
