Not only does it do four slices at once, but half the batch can be toasted dark brown (or the bread could have come from the freezer) and the other half can be lightly toasted. There's a lot of control here in addition to looking flash and being a great convenience.

Happy Camper

We purchased our Toaster a couple of weeks back. It took a little tijme to train us and now it seems to do all that is required of it. It is great to be able to toast items to our satisfaction, His and Hers :-). But like all toasters of the type it does have it's own foibles.

Great Service - Not Sure About the Toaster!

Very disappointed with this toaster, had it replaced by Cuisinart within the first week as one side was not cooking at all. The replacement is better but still not perfect. If you only want one slice of toast it only cooks one side.

Perfect toast, every time - perfect for busy family

This is not your standard tin-like toaster. It's sturdy, easy to clean and most importantly great toast every time. The countdown feature is brilliant for us as a busy family, I can time the rest of breakfast perfectly.. and with three kids, no one has to wait with 4 slices!

Fantastic Service

We bought one of these a month ago. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks one of the elements died. We rang up about the warranty, there were no questions, no dramas. We just sent it back (reply paid) and had our new toaster within days! Fantastic! Oh, and the Toaster is pretty good too, but it makes all the difference in the world knowing that the bit extra you've paid for quality product and service pays off.
