Baking heaven

These silicon baking mats are fantastic - biscuits come out of the oven crispy, and there is no more sticking to baking trays. With the amount of baking that I do, I was looking for a great product, and this is it! No more baking paper for me. They are good for savoury and sweet baking - I use them for baking pizzas and breads as well as biscuits. They are easy to clean, and are even dishwasher safe. I recommend them to anyone wanting to leave their baking paper days behind.

no more paper!

On Sundays my partner makes his muesli bars for the week and every 4th or 5th week we would realise there was no baking paper left. Now there is no issue, these things are seriously magic. They clean pretty easily and fold nicely to hand over smaller trays. Better for the environment and convenient to always have. I am tempted to cut some up and use in my cake tins! The backs of them get a little grubby but it comes off with a plastic scourer

This mat will save you money!!

As a user of Baking Paper for absolutely everything when I bake, I was concerned about the environment and also the cost of it. This great mat is so worthwhile, nothing sticks to it, it is easily washed, easily rolled up to be reused and will save me money in the long run as it is so versatile. Biscuits come off the sheet beautifully and evenly cooked and crisp too! Handy non slip base and measurements on the cooking side are a great idea as well!
