was not as impressed with this mat as i was excited about getting it. it is a stiff plastic, slips around the bench when you use it and i found that i was having to put down extra icing sugar/corn flour to prevent sticking. it is not easy to store because to cannot really roll it up. the only plus i have is that it is a great size and does protect the bench. is akward to wash up unless you treat it was the bench top and spray and wipe. go for the more expensive one...

Great Mat
Love the mat, does exactly what I wanted, which is to protect my bench. I do wish it had little suction cups on the corners though as it keeps sliding on the bench when I roll out the pastry.
