Great for making fine chocolate decorations!

I bought this pen some time ago and I have to admit it sat in the cupboard for quite some time, unused. However, the other day I wanted to pipe some chocolate hearts and butterflies to go on top of my cupcakes and this was the perfect tool for the job. I just piped them onto some wax paper and popped them into the fridge to dry. The pen was easy to control and after a bit of practice I was able to make some really nice decorations.

HAD FUN WITH CHOCOLATE

Have just finished making 50 x the number 40 chocolate letters for individual desserts for a friends 40th birthday party and it was a fabulous tool to use and clean. The melted chocolate was easy to control and the pen worked a treat.
