The 22.5cm springform pan is constructed from a heavy professional carbon steel that provides greater strength and durability. The non-stick interior makes cleaning a breeze and so simple to use. I initially purchased this product approx a year ago and have only used it recently. The initial pan ended up being faulty - which i should have noted a while ago. But I was surprised and pleased with the service at Kitchenware Direct when a new pan was sent out to me. Just to say that the new pan is strong , sturdy and worth the extra few dollars rather than buying a similiar but cheaper version at a supermarket - store etc.
