Description

No one likes it when any sort of baked goods fall apart when taken out of the oven and pan, but if it's a whole cake that's being produced for a special day or event... well, that's entirely infuriating.

To avoid that situation, springform pans were created. Quite simply, the latch is undone when the pan has sufficiently cooled after baking, and this allows the base and the cake to come free from the confines of the pan. Cakes with delicate textures stay in one piece and fury is thus avoided.

Kaiser's Emotion range is designed to exceed all heavy demands and you can expect up to 30% shorter baking times compared to regular tin-plate baking pans thanks to their special external coating. These pieces exhibit considerable quality and, better yet, they're non-stick.
