Fantastic Cookie Press!

This cookie press is the bomb! I've tried others which are hard to press, or slip on the tray. This is solid and gives perfect cookies every time. You get best results using a non-stick tray or cookie sheet, do not grease it or use baking paper. You can find recipes by searching for "spritz cookies" or "forcer biscuits". They are basically a shortbread consistency. Once you make the dough you can knock out a tonne of these in no time at all, they look very professional and impressive.Easy to clean, too. I tend to only use a few of the shapes, some you'll probably never use at all. Overall a terrific cookie press!
