Durable, heavy duty, non stick and fills my oven... what more do you need?

Love my two new Anolon trays. Throw out the baking paper. They measure perfectly across my oven so no need to stagger those mismatched trays when baking cookies or free form bread. A slight lip means treats are eay to get off. Handy handle at the front. No warping with this material either. My only reason for you not to buy would be if you had weak wrists. It is so durable and heavy that you might struggle to lift with one hand. Love it... get baking

Bye bye non stick paper...

How awesome is this cookie sheet!! It is so easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store... What is best - nothing sticks to it!! I am in love with Anolon...

Double your recipes, not your cooking time!

Anolon certainly know how to make a non-stick product that will last decades. The tray is made from a weighty, sturdy metal that won't warp under the heat, and now I can do away with my baking paper. This tray fits so well in my oven that there is not an ounce of wasted space. I can now use one tray fitting at least 16 biscuits onto it - meaning I can double my biscuit recipes, but not my cooking time!
