Description

The Baker's Secret non-stick cooling rack cools cakes and biscuits quickly and is a great place to set dipped and drizzled items.

The perfect size for a large cake or batch of muffins, this cooling rack is dishwasher safe and features a non-stick coating for easy release and minimal mess.

Baker's Secret bakeware is the original non-stick bakeware, with decades of manufacturing experience designed into every pan.

In 1888 Edward Katzinger founded a commercial baking pan company in Chicago which became EKCO Housewares Company. In 1972 Baker's Secret bakeware was introduced by EKCO.

Today the Baker's Secret coating has superior food release and is metal spatula and dishwasher safe. It also does not contain the controversial PFOA component which some research has linked to causing various cancers.

Nice Big Racks

These racks are a good size for most baking jobs - I got 2 because we do big batches of everything. Non-stick, easy clean. Would have liked longer legs to allow greater airflow, but this feature in a cake rack seems to be a thing of the past.

a quality construction with a nice, decent space. I also prefer the cross-hatch versus single bars as it means that smaller cookies etc won't risk falling in between the cracks.

Cooling with ease

I didn't have any trouble cooling a quiche which was to be eaten the next day. Onto the tray it went and within half an hour it was cool enough to put away.
