This little blowtorch is a must for any serious foodie. Simple to fill (there is a converter nozzle supplied) and easy to use, it can add the "wow" factor to lots of otherwise simple dishes. Great Christmas gift idea for the person who has everything!

I like this - to be honest I've only used for creme brulee (which I bought it for) and it worked well.

Lacks adequate flame control - insufficient air for proper burn characteristics at high gas flow settings - couldn't recommend. Found that 'workshop' item was better suited to task.
