Excellent quality - easy to handle and clean. Ideal size for individual portions - most recipes (sweet and savory) takes approx., 20 min to cook . Ideal size for freezer space and general storage. Love this baking loaf pan.

Muffins are great, but not lunchbox-friendly. This rectangular shape is ideal and every loaf bakes perfectly evenly. It also takes a fraction of the time! On average I find 15-20 mins is all that's needed instead of the usual 45-60 mins. Wonderful for time-poor mums and if you want to whip something up quickly before guests arrive. I use oil spray and it makes cooking with this pan a breeze. I clean it with a soft brush. They all tumble out perfectly and enticingly golden on the outside. This gem is a staple in our kitchen. I highly recommend.

Perfect size for all those individual servings of home baked goodies, I usually bake up on a sunday and freeze it for lunches through the week.

So far I've made mini banana breads and cheese and bacon loaves. Both turned out brilliantly and made nice serving sizes for a 2 person household. The pan is easy to clean as well. Great buy.

This is the only way I make banana bread, the portion sizes are perfect and the mini loafs look perfect everytime, and come out of the tin with no problem at all. All my friends want one too!

Kitchenware Direct was the ONLY place I could find these gorgeous pans. Bought 2 and have made some great mini cakes - they look fabulous all lines up on a plate and just that little bit different from the usual cupcake and muffin fare that you usually see!! This is my last year of school aged children. This pan is the best for quantity cakes for school fairs. I have found some wonderfu recipes for small cakes, have purchased 3 of these tins, come fair time I'll be baking, baking, baking, they are the best thing since sliced bread.
