Excellent - recommended
I have been making bread at home the old fashioned way for over 40 years. This is by far the best bread pan I have ever owned. Makes a good sized loaf that slips right out of the pan without sticking and what I really love is it has imparted that real bakers flavour into the crust.

Excellent pan
I am delighted with the new pan, which is a much better size than the usual 1 lb/500gm sze. The bread rises beuatifully in it without wings on the side which is much better for slicing.
