Brilliant!

Great for mini muffins & quiches. Comes out perfecttly every time. I put the mould on a baking tray prior to filling which gives the mould stability when putting into and taking out of the oven. It's a good looking mould that works exceptionally well!

Non-stick heaven!

I have 3 little children and am often making mini muffins. Using my matel tray was always a disaster unless you used a massive pile of oil to prevent sticking. But these silicon ones come out cleanly every time. So much easier! One tip is to put them on a baking tray before you put them into the oven. Because they are floppy, they can bend as you carry them in or out, and spill. Works better to have them sitting on a hard surface.

Love it!

I have both this size tray and the standard muffin tray and use them almost everyday with my cake business. It makes the cupcakes very easy to remove and the silicone is very easy to clean. Kitchenware Direct has awesome customer service and I will keep using them for all my kitchen products.

Easy Baking

This tray makes easy baking - very easy to get the muffins out of the tray. I have found that the muffins take about 5 minutes longer in the oven using this tray compared with a normal metal tray.

Excited over mini muffins...

I bought this mini muffin tray for my wife for Christmas last year (along with a Scanpan product at her request - great items!). My wife is meticulous in looking after it as it's now her favourite baking tray - it still looks new. It is easy to clean and muffins come out cleanly every time. Also great for baking with our preschool and under children. We'll definitely get some more silicone bakeware.

As for Kitchenware Direct, they were super fast shipping so close to Christmas, great service, and better still, the best price I found anywhere! This is the first website we now go to for kitchenware items. :)
