Best silicone brush. I have a few and they are all too soft but this one is great as the bristles are thicker and easier to use.

Not perfect, but quite good.

The bristles are thicker and stubbier than some conventional brushes which means that this brush isn't great for fine basting work. That said, it holds a good amount of milk for brushing over pies and pastries. Also good for meat and cleans quite easily in the sink or dishwasher. I wouldn't use it for delicate detail work on pastry but good for rustic or sturdy food.

Rosti pastry brush

Worked well to glaze bread. The silicone bristles are easy to wash and should last better than traditional brushes.
