The first docker I bought had a broken pin. KD replaced it without going to alot of effort so thanks for the great customber service. The docker is actually pretty good - I prepare lots of voluvents with puff pastry so goodbye to the fork and hello to a much quicker and easier process.

Totally agree with Elizabeth regarding the ease of pricking pastry, pizza bases etc. Quite sturdy also.

Black Hole

I had one of these but it mysteriously fell through a black hole and I only did not get another because it is not an item that shops like to stock (probably because they have no idea what it is for). Thank you KD for having this. I no longer have to use a fork to prick my pastry (which is time consuming and not as perfect as this tool). More time to do other things!
