Worth the wait

Firstly, the service from Kitchenware Direct cannot be faulted. The decanter arrived very snug in the outer packaging from Kitchenware. BUT the internal packaging by Bormioli was non existent, so that the decanter was smashed to smithereens! Contacted KD and after sending a photo of the dameged goods had it replaced in a week, with KD having put styrofoam beads inside the Bormioli box. So thank you KD for your exemplarary service. The decanter itself is beautiful and with the draining stand a dream to wash and dry. All it needs is a little polish with a soft cloth when dry to have it sparkling again. Very fine crystal glass and a lovely shape. I wolud definitely recommend this item, but ask that KD packs the inside of the Bormioli box to prevent breakage.
