anolon sure grip pizza wheel

Very happy with the service from Kitchenware Direct, however no happy with this product. I was unable to cut my pizza, and resorted to a shap knife. Perhaps my pizzas are too tough!!

Exceptional service

I have made purchases from Kitchenware Direct from time to time, initially a Calphalon Frypan, Soehnle Kitchen Scales and a Kuhn Rikon MagicCover, and now the Anolon Pizza Wheel. The Customer Service I received on each occasion from people on the phone was exceptional, delivery was within a very acceptable timeframe and my purchases are living upto, and more, than Kitchenware Direct's advertising claims.
