Description

Baker's Secret bakeware is the original non-stick bakeware, with decades of manufacturing experience designed into every pan. In 1888 Edward Katzinger founded a commercial baking pan company in Chicago which became EKCO Housewares Company. In 1972 Baker's Secret bakeware was introduced by EKCO.

Today the Baker's Secret coating has superior food release and is metal spatula and dishwasher safe. It also does not contain the controversial PFOA component which some research has linked to causing various cancers.

Excellent pan

I am delighted with the new pan, which is a much better size than the usual 1 lb/500gm sze. The bread rises beuatifully in it without wings on the side which is much better for slicing.
