Baker's Secret bakeware is the original non-stick bakeware with decades of manufacturing experience designed into every pan. In 1888 Edward Katzinger founded a commercial baking pan company in Chicago which became EKCO Housewares Company. In 1972 Baker's Secret was introduced by EKCO.

Today the Baker's Secret coating has superior food release and is metal spatula and dishwasher safe. It also does not contain the controversial PFOA component which some research has linked to causing various cancers.

Great Pies Sweet & Savoury

It even tastes better!

Comment from the family when I made individual sized quiches with the loose bottom tartlet cases. The cases made it wasy to slide the quiche out of each and were very easy to clean. Great product.
