Bamix SwissLine Cassette 240W White

I have had several stick blenders and this is the best so far. I like to make a smoothie early in the morning and was worried about waking people up as normally they are very noisy - not with this one. Even though it is more powerful it is much quieter. It has taken the place of my food processor for many things. The only downside is that you can't remove the "stick" part so you have to be careful not to get the plug wet when washing.

Thankyou so much for sending me my Bamix and so fast too. I chose it over all other brands because I had one years ago when my children were little and somehow I have lost it. I am so please to own one once again. Love it!

This is my first Bamix, and I'm impressed! I bought it to replace my 10-year-old Braun multimix, which was done in by a frozen berry. After reading the reviews of the new Braun Multiquick range I decided to spend more and get something really well made and strong that would last for years. I'm so glad I did - this is a completely different beast to the Braun! It blitzes a large handful of frozen berries like they are nothing, and I'm sure it could handle ice and whatever I could throw at it. My husband loves it and makes himself smoothies every day now. The wet/dry processor isn't as useful as I thought it might be for chopping garlic and ginger - it does an OK job but the pieces tend to stick to the sides out of the way of the blades, so the result is a bit coarse and uneven. I think it would work better for dry ingredients or where the mix is large enough or liquid enough to move around in the bowl. FYI the bowl holds about a cup of water, to give you some idea of its capacity. I'm looking forward to trying the processor out on nuts (pesto) and parmesan etc. All in all I'm very happy with it - because it has such a powerful motor I have the confidence to use it on anything without worrying it will break, which is not something you can say about most appliances these days.

I bought this to replace a bamix that I have had for 15+ years that I accidently dropped, I was expecting alot of quality from the new design, I wasn't dissappointed as good if not better quality than my last Bamix with all the right attachments. The only gripe I have is the pulse switch , would of preferred to have a constant on or off switch like my original, other than that little problem I would still buy again.

I was determined, after my first cheap stick blender, to never buy another one, as my first one only lasted for two uses. Then I saw this one and did some research. I haven't put it through all its paces yet, but so far, it's been a dream to use. It's very sturdy and well constructed, with easy to use controls and attachments, and a comfortable handle. Can't wait to try it in a soup when the weather cools down. I'm very pleased with my first Bamix and glad I made the switch. Would highly recommend.

I purchased the Bamix Swissline stick blender after coveting one for years and it is the best money I have spent. It blends smoothies, chops nuts and spices and would probably take out the garbage if I asked. Kitchenware Direct were prompt and hassle-free. Highly recommend both to prospective purchasers

After wasting money on a cheaper and far inferior brand (which worked porly and for about a year) I've finally invested into a proper blender and could not be happier. This particular model is great - a more powerful motor and all the extra bits I need but still a reasonable price.

A high price compared to competitors, but as soon as you pick up the Bamix, you can feel the quality. The accessories fit together perfectly and there is plenty of power for all tasks. The buttons feel great and it's sealed well against water ingress. Overall, a great product I would recommend to all.

After owning a Bamix for more than 30 years, I burnt mine out by running it for too long. I have replaced it with this model because I liked the idea of the extra power. I don't use it for chopping (prefer my Magimix or a knife), but it is invaluable for pureeing, making mayonnaise, etc. Great for soups, as the wand can be used in the pot until the desired consistency is reached. My one gripe is that I dislike having to operate it on a "pulse" button, rather than "On" and "Off".

i chose the swissline cassette it has more power 240w over the deluxe 180w i use alot of the wet\dry processor mainly for dry ingredients i use the stick for every meal winter soup puree my kids love to make quick milkshakes and they wash up instantly ive been a bamix customer for29 years and ive bought my 3 daughters as gift the swissline cassette they love it i reccomend every kitchen should have a bamix

after 28years of using my priceless bamix it has never let me down i just put it in the sink to soak then to realised it slipped into the water never to be used again updating straight away to the swissline cassette cant not have a bamix

This product does what it claims, chops nuts, fruit for icecream (it did take me 20 mins with an off the self) now it takes me 2 mins. Delivery was prompt, great service.

I loved my Bamix, but after 20 years and a couple of drops I had to update. I am so very happy with my 2nd bamix, still the best machine for me.

Well I've been sent this email to respond to a survey that the company wants however I haven't used it yet and besides it looks to "pretty" to use yet. lol. After years of purchasing one cheap stick blender after another, usually just from supermarket shelf, I treated myself to a Bamix because my son left home and took the stick blender with him.........Thank you son, best thing you have ever done for mum.

I cannot rave enough about the versatility of a Bamix. From babyfood to soups and everything in between. It does everything but the dishes!

This little stick wizz has exceeded all my expectations. It's strong, very quiet, and does all I could ask of it. All the bits and pieces are together and well housed so there's no risk of me losing anything and it's very smart too.
