With the new cookware the amount of heat used is less and the heat is more even. Time taken to reach temperature is less and food is cooked better

Circulon Steel Elite 5pc Cookware Set

I need a new set of sacucepans as mine were 36 years old. My daughter-in-law has a set of these and it was with her recommendation that I bought these. I LOVE them. I am impressed with the even cooking and easy cleaning. They are quite heavy and I like that because I feel they a very stable on the stove top, esp. with little grandchildren often running around. Highly recommended.

Great value!
