Cuisinart food processors are powered by ultra-quiet induction motors that automatically regulate speed to ensure consistent blending and kneading. Touchpad controls and a streamlined design eliminate grime and make cleaning easy.

The distinguishing feature of a Cuisinart is an extra-wide feed tube, 2½ larger than any other processor on the market. Whereas most processors require precutting, a Cuisinart can handle a whole potato or onion with ease.

Wham Bam 11 cup Kazam!!!!!!!!!!

I have had 4 other processors and they could not go the distance, burnt out motors, clogged blades. But this is the best and most consistent processor I have ever used

Great machine but....

I got this for my mum in November 2010 and had to return it 10 months later for a replacement. Cuisinart were great with replacing it but couldn't identify the actual problem which is why they replaced it outright. I asked mum how its going and she said its great except..... when making the bread dough recipe which comes with the machine. The bread recipe says 4-5 cups flour but my mum said it really can only take 3 otherwise it spills over the edge of the bowl and also leaks water as well. The blade can have trouble mixing and lifts up and down which then helps the mixture make its way under the blade attachment leaving gooey mixture all over the shaft of the processor. Luckily she's quite happy with just 3 cups of flour for the bread. All in all its a good machine but if you want an 11 cup processor that takes its full capacity then look else where.
