Excellent quality pan I purchased 2 weeks ago and have used it almost daily since. makes beautiful risotto but also great for pasta sauce etc Nice heavy weight, lovely even heat distribution on my induction cook top. Delivery was super fast, good price for a fine piece of cookware.
