Global Knives: Italian design, German durability & Japanese precision

Most Global knives (designated by the letters GS) are manufactured through an exclusive process that allows both blade and handle to be made from a single piece of stainless steel. A special two-stage tempering process is then used to give the blades similar – if not superior – properties to traditional forged steel blades. The result is a lightweight knife that is extremely strong, razor sharp, and hygienically seamless.

Models designated by the letters GSF belong to a line of smaller, specialty knives. These feature fully forged stainless steel blades with full-tang handles that are completely encapsulated in steel. Global knives are guaranteed for life.
