Description

Stockholm is GreenPan’s professional cast-aluminium line of cookware. Pan bodies heat evenly and rapidly. GreenPan’s revolutionary Thermolon coating seals Stockholm pans both inside and out, making cooking and cleanup a snap.

Best nonstick I've ever owned

I first saw this pan in a cooking class I attended in Perth. The thing that really caught my eye was that it was being used on an induction cooktop. I was expecting to pay hundreds for it, so at $90, it was a bargain. So far, it has survive my teenage daughter who has ruined other nonstick pans costing twice as much.

Not my first choice

Nice pan, but not really non-stick. Loses it's looks very quickly. Great concept but doesn't work for us in practice.

Not buying again

I agree with Louise. I've had the Oxford a year, I assume they all have the same non-stick coating. And it's already pretty useless and stained, that began very quickly, despite being careful with my new "green" pan. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY!

Despite using this pan on low heat, using silicon tools and only washing by hand, the non-stick surface had deteriorated by what felt like the fifth time I had used it and had turned it from 'non-stick' to just 'stick'. I was looking forward to supporting this brand, with their green credentials, but there's nothing green about a pan that was barely used before becoming landfill. I wish I'd read the Choice recommendations before purchasing as there are one or two other brands that are PFTE-free.

Fantastic

Great frypan, was tossing up between Scanpan/Swiss Diamond but am glad I chose GreenPan instead, it is a dream to cook with and I was impressed with the quality of this product every kitchen should have one.

Best Non Stick Pan

The Greenpan is by far the best non-stick style pan I have used and so easy to clean. I feel great knowing it is safe for your health. I'll be buying more of this product.

Truly wonderful!
