Scanpan Classic Roaster Medium

Roasts meat and vegetables brilliantly with little or no oil and can be wiped clean. I am gradually converting my kitchen to Scanpan products which are far superior to other brands

Perfect size roasting dish for family roasts and vegies. I find the large roasting tray a little bit too cumbersome but this medium size is perfect (i cook my 2kg roast in it with vegies).

You can buy the roasting tray separate too if required but i personally dont think its needed.

Once you have used scanpan you won't go back. Its fantastically easy to clean.

After many dismal failures at roasting vegatables in other metal trays, I bought the Scanpan Roasting Dish and first go got restaurant quality roasted vegetables. It was so successful I used the roaster for chips intead of my fryer and got great crisp chips too. I'll never use another roasting dish and can't wait to use the roasting rack with it.

The scanpan roaster is the best you can buy. It roasts vegetables amazingly and is sooo easy to clean. I'd recommend it over any other roaster.

Wow...I almost paid huge dollars for my scanpan at a large dept store but decided to check this site first. I am hugely impressed, not only by the great service and the fabulous price but the ease of cleaning and the AMAZING way it cooks everything. My husband now thinks I can cook!!!

I have been using scanpan for about 7 years now. I have been adding to my collection and also buying them as gifts for my 2 married daughters, who are now both sanpans addicts like me. Nothing else cooks or cleans as good...

Was skeptical about trying Scanpan, but to my surprise it was all it claimed and more. No more potatoes or meat stuck to the pan. I was so pleased I came back and bought another one. It's so easy to cook with that now I leave the roasts to my hubby!

The scanpan roasters are in my opinion the best roasting pans to use. They cook food beautifully and are easy to clean. I love them so much I have a small, and two mediums to cope with special event cooking.
