Amazing cookware but hard to live with

The copper range have their good points and their bad points, in order to keep this brief they are as follows. They look absolutly fantastic! They provide amazingly even heat distribution. The stainless steel inside layer is prone to mark from overheating, even when you are careful with them. The copper gets tarnished easily and takes a fair amount of maintenance to keep clean. In summary I would say not ideal for everyday use, but when you need the extra finesse of an amazing set of pots and pans, break them out!
