Recently purchased one of these and can't fault it. Have used it to cook many different meals on the stove top and it has exceeded expectations thus far. It is really easy to handle even when fully laden due to the fact that it has the two handles. Would recommend it to anyone.

Such a handy pan. Wish I'd bought this years ago!!!! It is inspiring me to try new dishes. I'm using it instead of my Tagine, which I constantly burnt so eventually threw out. Have done a couple of beautful pot roasts too!!

It's brilliant, makes everything taste juicy and moist and not dry. Only thing is that you need to use stainless steel cleaner or bicarb soda as it goes purply or white marks on the inside base.

This is truly the best thing I've had the pleasure of cooking with. It never fails to clean up nicely & it cooks beautifully every time. My Le Cruset has been banished to the back of the pot cupboard.

Last Christmas I bought one of these. Since then I have thrown out the rusty wok, my bad non stick frypan and my steamer. Its really the only pan I use now. I can easily fit a feed for four growing boys in this! Just waiting for kitchenwareDirect to restock so i can purchase a second one. Super!

I love this pan - its big enough to cook for my family of 7 and small enough to fit into the oven, handles and all. It cooks really nicely and is no trouble to keep sparkling clean. Highly recommended.

This is my 4th Scanpan purchase and I think the most versatile so far, I find I am using it almost every night in one way or another. Cooks steak perfectly, browns any meat for casseroles, risotto etc. even great for pikelets because the cooking surface heats through evenly.

This pan is perfect for any dish, it's beautiful to cook with.

Love it, love it, love it! The heat generated by this pan is briliant. Did a garlic prawn and noodle dish last night and there were no hot spots on the bottom of the pan when I washed it. Even temp ditribution and so easy to clean. Can't wait to give it a go with other dishes.

This is fantasitc. It cooks evenly over the whole pan, and the glass lid makes it really easy to see what your food is doing. We have cooked risotto, bolognaise and pikelets so far and have had no sticking, burning or uneven cooking. Chose this pan as it doesn't have a big handle so fits perfectly into our oven.

I received this for Father's Day and it has been a real treat. Great for everything from Risotto to Roast! Thats right roast, As you can put it in the oven and use it as a baking dish its great to be able to keep meals warm and covered while the rest of the dishes are still being finished,
