The sharp blade is made of high quality carbon stainless steel making it durable and a valuable tool in every kitchen. The blade features a non-stick coating that makes cleaning a breeze. The soft touch handle makes use very comfortable and when not in use the matching sheath simply slides over the blade for your protection.

While being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to be hand washed and then dried with a towel immediately after.

Scanpan Santoku Knife

This is a nice knife. I bought a few different colours so we could all have own colour sets. They are bright, sharp and lightweight, with a protective sheath for when in the draw, so no more stabiing trying to find the right knife!

Love the colour and so easy to use

I have never used a Santoku Knife before and I am still unsure what to use it on properly but I have found I can glide through uncooked meat and chicken wings with such ease. I am definitely going to get some more to go with my set.

Non-Stick Surface a Bonus

This is a great knife. The non stick surface is a real bonus. Until you use it you do not realise how many things stick to a normal knife. Great cheese knife!

Sharp and fun to use!

This was the first santoku-style knife I have purchased and I love it! It is so sharp and just glides through potatoes like they were butter. The only minor complaint I have is that the handle stains with certain foods.

Love these Knives

I bought a few of these and matching utility knives as great colours and price. My husbands favourtite is the lime green. I was able to cut pineapple beautifully. I never cut pineapple as always nervous with it so shows you how great they are. They have the dimple in the blade so nothing sticks to it. I bought some for my Mum and these have become her favourite knives too...
