The sharp blade is made of high quality carbon stainless steel making it durable and a valuable tool in every kitchen. The blade features a non-stick coating that makes cleaning a breeze. The soft touch handle makes use very comfortable and when not in use the matching sheath simply slides over the blade for your protection.

While being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to be hand washed and then dried with a towel immediately after.

Scanpan Santoku Knife

This is a nice knife. I bought a few different colours so we could all have own colour sets. They are bright, sharp and lightweight, with a protective sheath for when in the draw, so no more stabiing trying to find the right knife!

Best knives

These Scanpan Spectrum Soft Touch knives are brilliant. Very sharp, goes through anything so easily. Very light. Lovely soft touch finish. The sheath makes it the knife of choice for taking on picnics. So easy to find in the drawer too. And an absolute bargain at the price. Definitely recommended.
