The sharp blade is made of high quality carbon stainless steel making it durable and a valuable tool in every kitchen. The blade features a non-stick coating that makes cleaning a breeze. The soft touch handle makes use very comfortable and when not in use the matching sheath simply slides over the blade for your protection.

While being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to be hand washed and then dried with a towel immediately after.
