The sharp blade is made of high quality carbon stainless steel making it durable and a valuable tool in every kitchen. The blade features a non-stick coating that makes cleaning a breeze. The soft touch handle makes use very comfortable and when not in use the matching sheath simply slides over the blade for your protection.

While being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to be hand washed and then dried with a towel immediately after.

Scanpan Utility Knife

What a great little knife. I bought a few different colours so the kids (teenage) could have their own colour sets and help out. They love these too, bright, sharp and lightweight, with a protective sheath for when in the draw, so no more stabiing trying to find the right knife!

Purple!

The colour is lovely, and the sheath holds on nicely. Good for carrying around to cut apples in a pinch. The cutting edge leaves a little to be desired, however.

Love the scabbard

Bought this knife as it was so cheap and the colours are quite funky. Love the fact that with it's own scabbard it is not bashing around with everything else and getting damaged. It stays sharp and goes in the dishwasher. I did buy more and am very happy with them.

WOW - What a knife

Okay I freely admit the ONLY reason I purchased this knive was because it was purple. However now that I have it I wonder what I ever did without it. It is so sharp and cuts through everything so easily. I love the protector sleeve that comes with it. I have also just ordered the bigger knive as well and this time not just because it is purple :)

Great things come in small packages

I bought this because my favourite colour is purple and I love Scanpan products. For the price, I didn't expect much at all BUT was I surprised??? We went on holiday & threw the knife in the car at the last minute & what a lifesaver it was. This little knife was the only sharp knife we had & it easily did the job of a range of different knives!!! I've since purchased the next size up & wouldn't be without either of them!!!! A must buy!!

Amazing little knife for the price

I bought this knife as a bit of fun, I figured at $4.95 I couldn't go wrong. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a truly fantastic little knife this is! Lovely to use, nice to look at - and having the sheath is really handy. You can just throw the knife in the drawer, no worries. It would make a great present, too.
