The sharp blade is made of high quality carbon stainless steel making it durable and a valuable tool in every kitchen. The blade features a non-stick coating that makes cleaning a breeze. The soft touch handle makes use very comfortable and when not in use the matching sheath simply slides over the blade for your protection.

While being dishwasher safe, it is recommended to be hand washed and then dried with a towel immediately after.

Scanpan Utility Knife

What a great little knife. I bought a few different colours so the kids (teenage) could have their own colour sets and help out. They love these too, bright, sharp and lightweight, with a protective sheath for when in the draw, so no more stabiing trying to find the right knife!

Awesome!!!!

Bought 6 of these knives and teamed them up with the matching forks. We are using them as our everyday dinner cutlery. They feel great to hold and the knives are so sharp, they cut through any food item.They have never let us down.

This is a little beauty! sharp as a razor, very comfortable to hold and use, safe in its scabard and beautiful to look at! what more could you ask? ah that's right CHEAP! Fantastic! Thank you Kitchenware Direct, living in regional SA i used to have to wait til my next trip to Adelaide to go to the kitchen speciality stores to be able to buy anything outside of normal department store lines! Now I am the envy of my freinds, many of whom now also shop at Kitchenware Direct (I was nice and shared my secret!)!

Everything people say about this knife is true. It's a brilliant knife, such value. And I love the fact I can't lose my red one in the drawer. Also the sheath is great for picnics etc. Being able to rumage about in the picnic basket without slicing your fingers off is a bonus.

Really a brilliant knife

Little beauty!

I must admit when I bought this knife I didn't expect it to be so good, only costing $5 that is! I have other Scanpan products which I'm really happy with and this little knife has lived up to the Scanpan reputation as well. Comfortable to hold and very sharp.

Sooo sharp!

Jealous friends
