For those buyers who are still not sure to buy or not - I've had mine for 12 mths now, the grinder performs perfectly - I grind every 2 days - the coffee aroma is fabulous and the coffee creme in the brewed cup makes you feel as if you are in a cafe in Italy - ahh - it just creates the atmosphere of a holiday in cuppa. Go ahead - buy it - its at a great price, what have you got to lose!

Cool coffee grinder!

Good size for bench. Nice looking product. I like that it holds the coffee, no need to refill every time. Five dots from left (fine) makes great coffee!

Greqt Grinder

Grinds the coffee beautifully for my Italian Atomic stove top coffe maker. Can't believe how much more flavour the coffee has and that is using the same beans as previously. Cleaning is easy. Highly recommended.

Didn't work

First I want to say that I was astounded at the speed of delivery - I placed my order late Thurs night and received it Mon morning! Big plus! Then I set it up, but nothing happened when I pressed the START bar. I rang KitchenwareDirect and a sympathetic operator suggested I contact the suppliers. The person I spoke to there was also pleasant and apologetic and asked me to post it back to them at their expense for a replacement. That's the story so far, and I just want to say that sometimes things go wrong, but it makes all the difference to get a helpful response when you have to make a complaint. Though I haven't yet had the chance to use the burr mill, I still consider my experience to be positive.

burrs & grinding chamber not removable

A good product but the disk burrs and grinding chamber are not removable, it's an error in the description. If you lay your hands on a philps head screwdriver small enough it might be possible but ti doesn't look like it's made for you to do that. So may not be a good idea to try and pull it apart. I needed to be able to do this for cleaning as I need to grind linseed. (Yes, I know it might dull the blades but there's no via affordable alternative). I discovered this problem before ever using it and Kitchenware Direct were great about me returning it. Just thought I'd review it in case others want to be able to remove grindng chamber and burrs and make the same mistake as me.

Coffee time

We found the perfect, compact coffee grinder! Kitchenware Direct was the best place to shop for it once we had already looked around to find what we were looking for. We're avid coffee drinkers and wanted a great grinder for our daily coffee making and this little Cuisinart beauty does the job!
It only took a total of 4 days for it to arrive and now Kitcheware Direct is my favorite online shopping stop. Now looking at kettles...
