The Espresso Maker contains a Dual Stainless Steel Boiler heating system with a brew boiler for the espresso shot. The brew boiler will extract the espresso +/- 1' C to what it was programmed to. The separate steam boiler releases instant and powerful steam. The espresso shot and steamed milk can be extracted at the same time, resulting in an espresso with full body and flavour and cafe quality milk. 

The machine also comes with a commercial Over Pressure Valve feature. This device maximises pressure through the derivation of the coffee and prevents bitter flavours developing. 

All of this may seem confusing, however, be rest assured that Breville have kept the barista experience simple. There is a programmable brew temperature and pre-infusion pressure and duration. The Espresso Maker also features a front fill water tank, quick heat up and a programmable dose. Last but not least, it also contains a shot clock and pressure gauge, ensuring you will be making award winning coffee in no time at all.
