lifetime warranty - NOT

Just given back infuser that is cracked and split - company rep said NOT THEIR PROBLEM I had not washed it properly and caused the damage myself....Not happy. ...... be warned Lifetime warranty does not exist on this product....

no spills or drips !

had this teapot now for 18 months, best teapot I have ever owned, however mesh strainer inside is now breaking apart and cracking. Will refer back to retailer to honour 'lifetime warranty' - will see how I go.

Love it !!

This is a great teapot and I love that I can enjoy a great cup of tea without getting in my last mouthful, a full mouth of tealeaves..... Only one negative is that the mesh tea leaf holder inside stains very easily and is hard to clean....but nobody sees that do they ?

Perfect!

I just love this teapot! Looked around for months for a large, easy to pour, no spills teapot and this is exactly that! I was so happy I purchased one for my Mum who has arthritic hands and she has no problems at all.
