Rack rocks

Worthwhile addition to the roasting pan, produces crisp tasty skin on chicken and to die for crackle in pork. Wish I had it years ago.

Its Scanpan...I expected no less!

As with all things Scanpan this produce is quality and does what it is supposed to do! I wish I could have afforded Scanpan cookware much earlier in life......what a difference it makes to the cooking experience having quality products to cook with.

Clearly above the rest

This rack lifts meat high enough to clear the juices and a good fit under the scanpan lid. Great for cooking at high temperatures
