Most versatile

This pan is great for everything. I can cook risottos, curries, stir fries, spagbog, I can even pop this on my portable induction stovetop and cook outside or make a steam boat/hot pot on the middle of the table. Best purchase ever :)

I love this Pan

Scanpan IQ is number 1

Yesterday was the first time I used the pan to fry chicken drumsticks. The taste was different, crunchy outside but the flesh was tender and juicy. I didn't use as much oil as before. It's easy to clean. There are still many advantages about Scanpan IQ. Everyone in my family loves it. Kitchenwaredirect is a trusty company and very good service. Highly recommended.

Happily surprised

We bought this as part of our wedding present and used it for the first time last night to cook an omelete, previously cooked in a normal frying pan. Wow what can I say. The difference is amazing and the food tasted so good. Can't wait to try other dishes. Easy to clean and it can go in the oven. Will now look at other items in this range. As for Kitchenware Direct - would recommend them. The prices are great and made shopping from for our gifts so easy.

I love the chef pan as it goes from my induction cook top straight into the oven no long pan handles to worry about its so easy to keep clean and i dont have to worry about using metal tools in it.
