A piece of kitchen art

You can cook just about anything in this with the assurance that it won't harm your health, the handles will never fall off or loosen, and it will clean very easily. As they are made out of cast iron they are quite heavy, which may be an issue for some people.

Fantastic

This Le Creuset Casserole is excellent for on the stove top and in the oven for rissotto and Frittatas with excellent results. All my Le Creuset cooking ware is the best money can buy

What's not to love?

There's no denying how beautiful Le Creuset looks. But its function more than meets its form. This casserole was my first Le Creuset and I'm very happy with the even heat distribution during cooking and also how it was easy to clean. I did have my doubts on account of the beige interior enamel but mine is spotless after making a biryani in it. Not as heavy as I feared and it is a solid and beautiful make. Well worth the price.

Simply the best

This Le Creuset buffet casserole is a fabulous product (like all Le Creuset kitchenware). It heats evenly, cooks casseroles and risottos beautifully, is so attractive that I use it as a serving bowl (with the added bonus that it keeps food warm longer), and is very easy to clean up. I can't recommend it highly enough - it will earn back the initial investment many times over.

A Kitchen Essential

This piece of classic Le Creuset would have to be the most used item of cookware in my kitchen. Cook on the stove top, bake in the oven, serve on the table. It cooks perfectly, cleans up so easily, and looks beautiful. A must have for any kitchen.
