Scanpan IQ frypan 32cm

Your service and promptness with delivery was excellent and I thank you. The frypan is large, easy to clean and works well on my induction stove top. The only problem I have is that the induction cooking area of the frypan ends 2.5 cm from the edge. I find this totally unsatisfactory. Having purchased a 32cm frypan I expected a cooking area of 32cm not 23cm. My exsisting Scanpan Coppernox S/S set has a full induction surface area. I would appreciate feedback from Scanpan concerning this deficiency. Thank you
