Great buy. Very happy with this purchase. Suitable for low to medium heat, and holds the heat well. Cooks evenly. Just take care not to overheat the pan... it wrecks the surface and makes the pan sticky.

I am delighted with this grill pan (already have a scanpan wok, and two frypans) it leaves the cook lines on food (meat or vegetables) and somhow gives an almost smokey taste to steak! The actual cooking surface of this pan is probably not more than 22cm...given the 27cm description I was expecting bigger.

I wondered if this product was going to perform as well for me, with a ceramic cooktop. This pan heats well, it cooks chicken, steak and fish beautifully without the need for oils. Great for the waistline as well!

I'm a devout Scanpan fan and was thrilled to see their products available through your business for such fantastic prices! The pan cost me half what I would have paid at Myer or House. It was also cheaper than the other online kitchen stores. A Scanpan is a Scanpan so why not get it for the best price? This is a great little pan for cooking up a couple of steaks or some salmon. Probably need to go larger if you're cooking for more than three or four. Like all Scanpans you clean it by running cold water over it once you've finished (YES! While it's HOT!) so cleaning is easy.

I have a certain French cast iron grill pan, so only bought one of these for a friend. It is so much easier to hand and clean, I ended up getting another for myself. At that price & quality, I couldn't go wrong. Wish I'd done it the first time around and saved a couple of hundred dollars!

I am so happy with my grill pan! I used to use my brothers old falling to pieces but awesome grill pan but decided to buy my own instead of worrying that his would decide to break its handle and fall on my foot. I'm so glad I did. I cooked a couple of t-bones on it for me and my fiance and they were so tender and well cooked he requested steak the next night! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!

I have been 100% converted to scanpan. I bought a frying pan first, then this grill pan. When I changed to gas everything was burning in my old pans, even on low heat. These pans are much better at distributing the heat.

I bought this about a month ago & must say is one of the most used pieces in my kitchen. Fantastic for frying any meats or vegies -eggplant was fantastic. Non stick plate is so easy to clean. Also great to sear meat & can put the whole thing in the oven... use it at least twice a week. Loving it!

Always wanted one - and not disappointed at all. Cooked the best steak and chops, and even cooked perfect fried eggs with crispy bacon - didn't stick at all. I am very impressed with it, and sorry I haven't bought one before.
