what did I do before?

I'm not sure how I got by before purchasing thelid for the medium roaster. My oven stays cleaner, the food is more tender and the glass insert allows me to see how things are going. I love it.

Scanpan Roasting Pan Lid for Medium Roaster.

I am very happy with the covered lid, so easy to check the meat without lifting the lid and it also keeps my oven clean !! Once again the service from Kitchenware Direct was excellent with delivery to Melbourne only taking a few days.

Awesome

Kept the oven clean as well as kept my osso buco moist. Able to check the meat by looking through the glass insert and not opening the lid. Very stylish as well. Awesome product - a must have to go with the medium roasting pan.

Elegant and Practical

IT'S GOT IT ALL COVERED !

The lid fits perfectly locking in not only the mess a roast can make in the oven, but it also helps to lock in the moisture and flavour. The glass section in the lid allows a handy peek at the oven and roasting dish working its magic on the meal you are creating! Very happy with the pan and lid combination!

Worth waiting for

Worth the wait

I love the fact that the lid has a glass insert that allows you to see the item being baked without removing it! it seals well and produced a beautiful mouth watering pork roast and trimmings
