How practical !

A thoughtfully designed product to do a wide range of cooking tasks. Just great for my bulky pig hock and split pea soup. Only induction compatible pressure cooker I could find.... and is so easy to use.

Easy to use

Very easy to use. Simple instructions in booklet but I would of like a few more different receipe ideas. The booklet does not show how to use the streamer basket very well. I love the scanpan design and safety features. Very haapy with purchase and delivery. Thanks

Converted

My mother used pressure cookers a lot whan I was young - I clearly remember stew sprayed on the ceiling a few times! I was a little afraid to try using one myself. But I'm so glad I took the risk to try this one. I am converted. The most delicious chicken and vegetable soup in virtually no time at all was my first venture and certainly wont be my last. It is really easy to use and I love that there is a smaller pot also making it really versatile. I've only downgraded it half a star as I would have like to have some more detailed instructions. The instructions received were good and covered the basics but as a newby to pressure cookers I'd have like a little more.

Wow!! Tasty food in a flash!

heard so many great things about pressure cookers but like others was a bit cautious. Needn't have worried, so simple to use clean and cook - food is so tasty and quick - ideal for busy mums.

Vast improvement on the old pressure cookers

My first experience with a very old pressure cooker saw my soup on the kitchen ceiling so was a little tentative when trying out my new Scanpan pressure cooker for the first time. Yummy pumpkin soup was made in 7 minutes. Enjoyed osso bucco too it was delicious. Looking forward to trying lamb shanks and other tasty dishes. Easy to use and quick to clean. Recommend Scanpan anytime.

Excellent Service & Fantastic Device

Ordered on Friday & had it by the following Wednesday. First used a pressure cooker in Europe. Not common in Aus. However it is a time saver & cooks through items better than anything else. Great investment.

Unbiased Reviews?

This is my 2nd review on my scanpan duo pressure cooker. 1st one has not been published. Cooks soups well but today another failure in the casserole department, had to throw out another burnt offering. After 20 minutes it lost pressure (again) and I could not get it up resulting in another dish stuck to the bottom of the pan. I have had the lid replaced once (missing washer) and the whole cooker replaced (base separated from cooker). It always drips water (condensation) from the pressure handle side. My husband has offered to throw the thing in the bin as he reckons I'm swearing way too much because of this damn thing. The instructions you get with this pressure cooker are absolutely useless, even going online to scanpan you don't get anything.

Great Product

Well I've had my pressure cooker for a few weeks now and wow....what a difference it makes. Everything cooks so fast and it's the easiest thing to use. The pot itself is solid as a rock and looks great as well. It's rather classy looking actually. Definately recommend this pressure cooker.
