Generally a good product eg. light weight, but the high pressure steam valve sticks. If I purchased another pressure cooker I would choose one without a handle for easier storage.

Brilliant product and service!

I bought my pressure cooker and it arrived within days. Used it a few times then realised that I was missing the grey (low pressure) valve. I called Kitchenware Direct and spoke with a woman who told me I probably threw it out with the packaging (she was probably right!) and that she would call their Scanpan rep. She emailed me within a day to say she had spoken to the rep and a new valce was on its way. Within a week I had a new valve mailed out to me! Brilliant service, especially in the face of user error! Now I use my pressure cooker 2-3 times a week and couldn't live without it!

Excellent Pressure Cooker

This 6 L pressure cooker is a little gem. So easy to use and very safe. It makes the most delicious chicken soup in minutes. An absolute must in every busy persons kitchen.

Not good

Returned it once due to manufacture defect. Then thought i would give it a second go since scanpan has already built itself a good reputation. The second one failed miserably. First and last time i will buy a scanpan product
