A step up from the Clipso Control, top-of-the-range Tefal Clipso Plus pressure cookers feature dishwasher safe lids with improved locking systems and larger timers for easier viewing. Clipso Plus cookers are also equipped with folding stay-cool handles for convenient storage.
Of all the pressure cookers on the market, we find the Clipso Control lines from Tefal the easiest to use. They feature a one-touch opening system that lets you attach or remove the lid single handedly. They’re also equipped with 2 pressure settings, 2 independent over-pressure safety systems, and soft-release steam valves that quickly depressurize the pot. Clipso Control pressure cookers feature integrated digital timers, heat-proof handles, and heavy, induction-compatible bases to ensure even cooking.
Easy to use, safe and cooks like a treat. Just not sure how long the sealing mechanism will last as it is all plastic. Also the timer is difficult to hear over the steam release, but it is removeable and can be taken with you once it comes to pressure.
