The perfect mid size roasting dish and rack! Ideal for use with the Scanpan Medium Roasting Pan Lid.

The great thing about a rack and roaster combo like this one is that it allows the heat to circulate around the meat, allowing the meat to cook evenly. Fats and fluids drip off, collect in the pan and serve as a good base for homemade gravy.

For over twenty years, Scanpan has offered both professional and home cooks the most technologically sophisticated nonstick cookware on the market.

Scanpan’s signature Classic line is manufactured in Denmark from pressure cast aluminium that heats evenly and will never warp. The virtually indestructible ceramic titanium nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. With a 10 year warranty that covers against chipping, flaking, heat blisters and cracking.

Scanpan Classic pans feature ergonomic cool-touch phenolic handles secured with a patented screwless assembly that will never loosen. Safe for use with all hobs except induction. Oven safe to 260°C.

Scanpan medium roaster + Lid

More than happy with the whole unit, especially being able to check on the progress of what's being roasted via the see through glass panel in the roasting lid. Very good quality through out, very happy!

mixed feelings

The roasting pan made in Denmark is top quality and easy to clean however the rack made in China is shocking. It looks as if a couple of kids solded it together. I wish Scanpan did not compromise o the quality of all their products.

Fantastic service

I orderered this roasting dish and rack the other day and it was the very first time i have used the site. CLASSIC ROASTER AND LID

Bough this as our larger scanpan roaster didnt fit into the Baby Q BBQ...Fabulous, fits perfect with lid down. Roast pan lid works very well for braised meat in oven. Excellent service. I have purchased many items form Kitchenware direct with no problems at all.

Happy

I purchased the large roaster, upon recieving I found it didnt fit in my oven. A quick call and I returned the roaster and exchanged it for a Medium Roaster, Rack and Lid. All this was done over a couple of weeks. The roaster is fantastic and I use it to do perfect roast vegies every time.

Very Happy!

Good size and easy to clean. If I had to mention 1 Con, it would be that it's quite "weighty" to lift and might be a problem for someone with arthritic hands. All in all though, a good product that I'm very happy with

Love Love Scanpan

Already an avid scanpan user my family bought me the large roaster and rack a few years ago and I loved it. When we moved it wouldn't fit in the oven in our new home. I saw the Medium roaster on Kitcheware Direct and instantly had to have it. I have had it a few weeks now and have already used it about 5 times. Cooks the best roast potates.

Everyone wants one!

so versitile

Great product, fantastic price (thankyou) and very swift service - 2 days delivery after payment, amazing. So easy to care for, no scrubbing to clean AND you can use metal utensils. Baked a frittata - cooked evenly and easy clean up afterwards - baked on food just wiped off with soap and water.

Did roast chicken, potatoes, onion etc. in it the night I received it and so pleased that all of the grunge from such cooking easy washed away with some hot water and suds. Even the outside, notorious on most roasters, came up clean as a whistle.

Gotta get me more of these in different sizes!

The perfect roast dinner

This Scanpan is awesome. Nothing compares to Scanpan, it is just the best! this is perfect for all roast meats, and the rack means the meat browns and cooks evenly and any fat can run to the bottom of the pan. Very easy cleaning.

A must have

Due to the reputation of scanpan saucepan I bought this roaster to try. The rack means that the fat can drain out of the meat and the pan is increadibly easy to clean afterwards. No more scrubbing!
